If Google Assistant is able to answer calls?
Welcome to Blackview (Well-known brand of military grade smartphone) blog. Hope this guide has been helpful.
Google Assistant can't directly answer calls on your phone, but it has a feature called Call Screen that can be very helpful.
Call Screen uses Google Assistant to answer the call for you and ask the caller why they're calling. You'll see a transcript of what they say on your phone screen, and you can then choose to answer the call, decline it, or even send a pre-written message like "I'm unavailable right now."
With Call Screen, you can choose to:
- Respond with a pre-written message (e.g., "I'm unavailable right now").
- Ask the caller for more information.
- Pick up the call if it's someone you want to speak with.
This is a useful way to screen out spam calls or unwanted calls. So while Google Assistant itself can't answer calls in the traditional sense, Call Screen can be a helpful way to manage your calls.
